We were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment. This hotel is simply gorgeous: luxurious, with individual elevator access, and fully equipped amenities including a refrigerator, water dispenser, microwave, and large-screen smart TV. Perfect for a family vacation.

Had a wonderful stay at Vasa Suites Surabaya. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious 2-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family. Great location in the city center, close to many attractions and easy to get anywhere. Excellent room, excellent service, and a memorable stay. Highly recommended!
