Thanks to the wonderful staff for a free upgrade for our last night in Vietnam. It was easily the most value for money hotel, with free breakfast, up-to-date services, new rooms, and spotless cleanliness. In the prime of the Hoan Kiem Old Quarter area, everything is happening right below.

The location is amazing, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, the night market and so many delicious local food spots! The receptionists and staff were all so warm, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back on our next trip to Hanoi! 💕

This hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter and has only been open for two months. Everything looks brand new. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is quiet, although there is some noise from outside, which is understandable given it's a bustling area. It's very convenient to explore the Old Quarter on foot because the hotel is close to local restaurants and reviewed eateries. They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. We stayed in a twin room with a window overlooking the Old Quarter. The staff (Tuan and Mi) were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing recommendations for interesting places to visit in Hanoi. This was one of the things that made our Hanoi experience truly special.

I had a pretty good experience at the hotel. It's a new branch, so the facilities are relatively new and clean. The room has a spacious balcony, very airy and bright, with a direct view of the Old Quarter. Especially convenient is its location right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to get to Hanoi's tourist attractions. It's only a 5-minute walk to Dong Xuan Market, and on weekends there's a night market right next door. The staff and receptionists were also friendly and helpful. A good experience, and the price was reasonable for the Old Quarter area.
