When we were there, the electricity went out for quite a long time, which affected the water supply. It was a shame that the hotel did not have a generator as a backup power supply.

The new hotel wasn't ready to open, so there was no food, and when the power went out, there was no generator, which meant the hot water wouldn't work. The rooms were very cramped. Muslims found it difficult to pray because the direction of the Qibla and the furnishings were not considered.

It's quite good, it's just that it's a new hotel, some items are still under progress.

The service was good, friendly, and the place was clean. I happened to be staying in a family room, so bringing three kids was enough. However, the Wi-Fi was completely non-existent. The TV wouldn't even work. So, there's no point having a TV if it can't be used. It wouldn't even work on your phone. The bathroom ceiling was wet, apparently leaking from the upstairs bedroom. There were no cups or water-boiling utensils.

The staff was friendly, but the floors and windows were incredibly dirty. How could a room be used without being swept or mopped? The windows were filthy, even though the view was beautiful.

The hotel is new, clean, and the pool is clean. We also requested a poolside room, and the AC is cool. However, when I took a hot shower at 10:00, the water wasn't very hot, just cold. I don't know why, maybe because many people were using it. Overall, it was okay. It would be better if there was a kettle in the room, as there wasn't one. Thank you.

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, clean bedroom, clean swimming pool. The only downside is that the AC is not cold, there is an automatic timer so for those who like it cold, the AC is not cold. For those who don't like it cold, it's still worth it. This is a new building so only 2 guests stayed yesterday.
