so far ok 7/10, and the service check out time at 11 am is to early.

Everything is good except for the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is very slow and there are not so many TV channels to watch.

Checked in for 3D2N stay with my family. There are ample of parking slots at the hotel. Check in process is very fast. From 10th floor room we get a very good view of the water chalets and Straights of Malacca. Breakfast is very good with lots of variety of food.

We choose to stay at Lexis PD because my kids were attracted to the indoor and outdoor games as published in the website but we're very disappointed that most of the games are not available. The room was OK except the phone room is out of order and we cannot make any calls to housekeeping to ask for extra towels and to call for buggy etc.

Best breakfast food. The view of the hotel is very beautiful, but the cleanliness is very poor in terms of rooms and also the elevator. Room condition is also a bit gloomy creepy too.

Was ‘ upgraded’ to water chalet, bur the cleanliness was disappointing. The food was so-so.

not worth what I paid, very dirty, slippery toilet like not washed, room smelled bad, sheets like not changed smelled kepam, dirty room floor separti not in mop black footprints stepping on room floor, I had to shop buy floor cleaner and room fragrance. the pool is closed .. a wasted and detrimental vacation

good stay but room are a bit dusty and ac not cool enough during the day

Bathtub is having problem which is can't fill up the bathtub, management took 2 times to fix the problems total cost us up to 2 hours

Swimming pool limited 10 person per entry with 40mins per person. Waiting time too long

Large and comfortable room .. only dust / dust .. delicious breakfast .. buffet .. although there are people served right. yelah, because follow sop time pkpp .. good .. only people are right to stay near this lexis .. it takes 40 minutes to check in .. many are right .. taboo for vacation .. even though covid19 has not receded yet .. adoi. .

The room is very spacious. very suitable for a family. Beautiful view from the 7th floor of the hotel. Friendly staff. It's just weird to open the door, you find the bathroom and the Jacuzzi first. Food for breakfast, delivered to the room, so not many options to eat. Nasi Lemak Rendang is delicious. Overall it was well worth the price.

Best place. The kids all like it, but there is a problem with the check in time, thank God it is all over. InshaAllah will repeat again.
