Okay for budget hotel. Have bus stop across the road. Havelock stn only within 5mins walk. Outram stn within 10mins walk. Tiong bahru market 3mins walk. Room amenities can be improved. The one and only chair was not comfortable to sit at all, no longer have the padding cushion. Cleanliness okay acceptable. Free internet very slow.

the room is clean but too small. not convenience to go to the city. you have to take taxi. but there is bus station across the street. I wanted to stay there because I want to go to lau pa sat for dinner. it's pretty close

The location is very strategic. The bus stop is across the hotel. Just turn right at the traffic light to reach MRT station and turn left to reach Tiong Bahru Market.

My room was not cleaned. The bed was not made up on the first day I stayed there. And blanket was put as if has been cleaned. On the second day. They took dirty towels, replenish tea and coffee, but didn't replenish with clean blanket and bed was left untouch/not cleaned. When I came back at 11 pm. I was shocked. When I complained, the front desk staff gave me the new room which is great. AC in the room also made a lot of noise. Front desk staff which I forgot the name (big tall young guy) is very nice and friendly.

Comfortable to stay. Bright room. The hotel is not very presentable seen from outside. No proper signage clearly shown it is Link Hotel, people will only know it is a hotel via online, if you pass by in day or night, you won't know it is a hotel there!

Very very not god service from the manager receptionist I don't know his name but I remember he is not friendly and looks old but the other staff is very friendly and I apreciate that, please improve your hospitality thanks.

It has been a wonderful experience staying at Link Hotel with its centralised location close to a lot of amenities, places of interest, plenty of choices for food nearby and not forgetting the friendly and helpful staff.

clean room, but not too large. we stay there 2 adults and 2 kids, my wife and kids are sleep on the bed, while I sleep on air mattress. nice bathroom. the staffs are polite. near to tiong bahru market, 5 minutes by walk. lots of food stall there, variety of food, price not expensive, open at 9 in the morning. some stall still open until night. at the back of this hotel there's a food court but I didn't try to eat there. the hotel also have Chinese food resto at ground floor, food taste very good but quite pricey. quite far to the MRT station, but there's a bus station at front and back of the hotel.

Clean hotel. The room was clean. Service is also okay. The location is very old town. For those who like the old feel, suitable to stay in this area. However, there are no 7 Eleven or mini markets near the hotel. It is recommended to buy necessary items before returning to the hotel. The bus terminal is opposite the hotel. But MRT is a bit far. Hotel prices are rather expensive.

The hotel is nice and clean. The service was excellent as staff were helpful and friendly. The location is quite far from the nearest MRT station; Outram Park, however the hotel provides the shuttle bus sending to that MRT station.

Good location. A bus stop is right across the hotel. The bus connects to many different destinations. In the hotel there is a restaurant. The prices is very affordable. Much cheaper than the other touristic places. The room is good and super clean. Not too big. But it’s big enough for Singaporean standard. I would love to come back
