The check-in and out staff was excellent and accommodating to requests for earlier check-in and check-out, but on the first night, I asked for an additional pillow as we booked for 2 adults and 1 child. The staff was unhelpful and immediately said there was none. The next day, towels were changed, but the bedsheets weren't. Coffee wasn't changed as well as it was used. I expected a daily refreshment of coffee and tea at least. Not the worst, but could be better.

I was recently stayed at 81 Tristar Hotel, in Singapore. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, also the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The place is good for the price, the location is close to Paya Lebar, CP, Bedok etc. very close to places to eat
