Staying at Sentosa Beach Resort was truly a pleasant and refreshing experience. From arrival to check-out, everything felt comfortable and well-organized, making the staycation feel effortless. Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere is serene with a relaxed resort vibe, perfect for healing or a quick escape from the routine. The hotel grounds are clean, well-organized, and offer plenty of beautiful photo spots. The facilities are also comprehensive—from the swimming pool and beach access to the cozy lounge area. Food: The food is quite varied and delicious. The breakfast is satisfying with a wide selection, so you won't get bored even if you stay more than one night. Staff Assistance: The staff are friendly and helpful. They are responsive and always ready to help, with a professional yet warm attitude, making you feel truly welcome. Highlights: The best highlight is definitely the location close to the beach—the view is truly beautiful, especially at sunset. Furthermore, the peaceful atmosphere of the resort is also a plus. Price: I think the price is quite commensurate with the facilities and experience. It's worth it for quality time or a relaxing vacation. Location: It's strategically located in the Sentosa area, close to various attractions and tourist spots, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without having to travel far.

Very friendly staff, nice check in, easy to check out as well, very close to the beach, there is shuttle buggy car to take us to other bus stop or strolling around is also nice one. Very recommended!

the receptionist give fast service, the room is great. the facility specialty the pool was great. from Sentosa train stop at the last terminal and just walk to the right for about 10-15 minutes.

All is good! Love to stay here with family! Especially kids! They enjoyed the pool and beach for sure! And very easy to access everything!

we are very unhappy for the hospitality at reception, me and my wife are going to celebrate birthday buat the reception espesially the fat boy are very make our un happy with no choice ,

The staff are friendly, the environment is clean, in front of the hotel is directly the beach so you can reach it on foot, you can also walk to USS or take the MRT

Overall just OK. Location is good. Siloso beach itself is clean and quite OK. Don't expect a nice beach like in Bali or Thailand. Room is clean but quite old. AC is pretty strong and not allowed to be turned off. If the AC is off, expect condensation from the wall and the room will be “flooded”. Friendly staff, pool and slides are nice and clean. However, it will not be my first choice on my next visit.

It should be a 5-star, but then the toilets/shower room was old, no bidet, and when you shower because there’s no door to block the water splash, it wets everything in the toilet; nonetheless, it was a great experience.

Nice hotel and nice area. Good choice to spend a holiday with fams.

I found the hotel to be a bit stingy and uncaring in the face of disrupted travel plans. It is also very far from anything and transport is a pain, especially late at night.

Convenient from vivo city, has shuttle bus stop in front of and opposite of the hotel. Room is not too small.

A pretty nice place to rest, with a swimming pool. Unfortunately, this time I forgot to bring a swimsuit. But the breakfast here is not very good. Lovely quiet room.

The hospitality is unbelievable for a 4 star hotel. Japanese business hotels are better. I would like the hotel to call itself a 2-star hotel in the future. There are no nightgowns and the pool is shabby... Beach towels are so old that I think they've been used for about 200 years. The elevator is also old and smelly. Water pressure is weak. In this case, we recommend staying at a hotel in the city instead of staying on Sentosa Island.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. If you want to try the experience on Sentosa Island, it's best to stay here or near Siloso station.

The hotel is cool, direct view of the sea from the room. The best! Near everywhere

Everything else is decent for the place except for the unfortunate amount of ants can be found at various parts of the room on level 3 even with no food in the room. Thankfully I didn't have to be in the room most of the time and was out in Sentosa so wanted to spare the hassle of requesting and moving to another room but the amount of ants was still a shocking sight and experience (can't really use the table because of the ants). And unfortunately only photos are allowed and I can't upload any videos that I took which would made a more compelling case.

Really enjoyed the stay. Feel like living in a forest or village area rather than the city. Really peaceful there. I enjoy the room given to me. It's not gonna be my first and last. I'm gonna go there again for sure. And hope I get the same room again. The pool is beautiful.

Love it cause it is so convenient. Brought the kids to the beach and straight back to the room to shower afterwards. Beach is just right infront of the resort and with having 3 toddlers under 4years old, it is very convenient.

For me staying here is quite okay, the building looks like an old building but the rooms and toilets are clean. There are no odors and the rooms are soundproof. Enough recommendations for those who want to stay in the Sentosa area with a limited budget. Very close to the shuttle bus, not too far to walk to the Sentosa Express.
