Very clean and luxurious. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were classy. Very satisfying.

The location is very strategic, the rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, there are many choices, and the most impressive thing is that you can join KL Car Free Day, because in front of the hotel the road is for KL Car Free Day... Very good👍

The hotel is easy to get to anywhere, the rooms are clean and comfortable, eat breakfast at the hotel, the food is like a 3-star class. The menu is just ordinary 😬

We arrive at 5 p. M and my parents room wasn't ready yet. We decide to store the luggage and have a meal. They promise to put our luggage in the room once it ready, but they didn't. Room was spacious but bathroom was not so clean. Housekeeping seems a bit lazy. We have NYE dinner, food was delicious. And for breakfast, they have plenty of food variety. Please fix the housekeeping and we might consider to coming back in the future

We were arrive at 5 p. M and they said our room wasn't ready. I thought check in time is supposed to be 3 p. M. Room was spacious. But the biggest problem was their housekeeping. I just know housekeeping didn't clean our room. I saw a mini toothpaste from previous guest on the bathroom floor from the first day and still there until the last day. They didn't gave us water and towel on the second day. They not bother to replace or clean our drinking cup in the room. We have to use the same cup for 3 concecutive days. Breakfast was good with plenty of foods. Location was strategic. But I am not sure if I would like to come back here in the future. Fix the housekeeping department please!

The room is super clean. The staff also very humble. Near Monorail Station, easy to find local food (chow kit street). Very recommended to stay.

Stayed for a night to attend a wedding ceremony nearby. The service by the staff was excellent!-from luggage porter to breakfast attendant, all were very helpful and friendly. Really wished that we could've stayed longer. Very convenient as well-walking distance to Kuala Lumpur tower, KLCC, etc. Just one thing, I hope they will revamp their pool to a modern and bigger pools with greater ambience. Looking forward for my next stay!
