There are currently five Traveloka Priority tiers, which are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, & Diamond.
To achieve or renew Traveloka Priority Status, you must either (i) complete the minimum booking requirement or (ii) meet the minimum spending threshold as outlined below:
1. Bronze

2. Silver
Complete 1 booking
3. Gold
Complete AUD 500 worth of bookings
4. Platinum
Complete AUD 2000 worth of bookings
5. Diamond
Complete AUD 8000 worth of bookings
For non-refundable bookings, your tier points will be awarded within 7 days after the payment has been completed.
For refundable bookings, your tier points will be awarded within 7 days after the booking has been completed, for example, after you have returned from your trip and/or checked out of your accommodation.
If you refund a booking, no tier points will be awarded. However, if you reschedule a booking, you will still receive your tier points, provided you complete the booking.
Please ensure that you log in with the same email before & after re-logging in, so the account data loaded is correct.
Tier is valid for one year starting from the date of your tier change.
No, you can only use the benefits available in the tier you’re currently in.
