There are currently five Traveloka Priority tiers, which are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, & Diamond.
How can I elevate my tier status?
To achieve or renew Traveloka Priority Status, you must either (i) complete the minimum booking requirement or (ii) meet the minimum spending threshold as outlined below:
1. Bronze
Sign up as a Traveloka user
2. Silver
Complete 1 booking
3. Gold
Complete AUD 500 worth of bookings
4. Platinum
Complete AUD 2000 worth of bookings
5. Diamond
Complete AUD 8000 worth of bookings
When will I receive my tier points?
For non-refundable bookings, your tier points will be awarded within 7 days after the payment has been completed.
For refundable bookings, your tier points will be awarded within 7 days after the booking has been completed, for example, after you have returned from your trip and/or checked out of your accommodation.
What happens if I refund/reschedule a booking?
If you refund a booking, no tier points will be awarded. However, if you reschedule a booking, you will still receive your tier points, provided you complete the booking.
Why did my tier change/disappear when I logged in to Traveloka App?
Please ensure that you log in with the same email before & after re-logging in, so the account data loaded is correct.
How long is the validity period for my tier?
Tier is valid for one year starting from the date of your tier change.
If I get upgraded/downgraded, can I still use the benefits from my previous tier?
No, you can only use the benefits available in the tier you’re currently in.
Where can I see my Traveloka Priority tier & progress?
You can see it in Traveloka Priority page, which you can access by tapping the Traveloka Priority widget in the homepage, or tapping the Traveloka Priority banner in My Account menu.
- The Traveloka Priority programme is eligible for Traveloka registered users only.
- A minimum app version of 3.102 is required to access Traveloka Priority.
- Users can only be registered to the Traveloka Priority programme in one country.
- Users are not allowed to switch the Traveloka Priority programme country selection.
- The Traveloka Priority tier is determined based on the total paid amount by users for every transaction.
- Transactions made outside the registered country (based on user country selection settings) will not be eligible for progression.
- Traveloka Priority members will receive rewards and perks in each tier, which can be used for transactions in Traveloka and/or partners as stated in each respective rewards/perks details.
- Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the perks of the Traveloka Priority programme without prior notice.
- Traveloka Priority rewards and perks are not transferable or convertible.
- Referring to Article 9 above, any transfer and/or selling of Traveloka Priority rewards and/or perks from the user to any third party(ies) or vice versa shall be considered a violation of these terms and conditions, and Traveloka shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, demands, losses, or damages caused by the user's breach or wilful misconduct.
- Each reward and/or perk has a different validity period and terms & conditions. By using the rewards or perks, users are deemed to have agreed to all the terms & conditions of the relevant rewards and/or perks.
- Some perks and/or rewards might only be available for a limited amount of time unless stated otherwise.
- The Traveloka Priority tier is valid for a year and will be re-evaluated based on the total spending made in the past 12 months.
- The Traveloka Priority tier evaluation will be done every 12 months after the user gets upgraded to a higher tier.
- The Traveloka Priority tier will be downgraded if the total spending does not reach the minimum threshold during the tier evaluation.
- Traveloka Priority members can only access their current tier’s perks and rewards. The previous tier’s perks and rewards will be inaccessible and will not be carried over to the next tier if the relevant Traveloka Priority member(s) are upgraded to a higher tier.
- The Traveloka Priority tier upgrade will be reflected for a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after the user meets the total spending requirements/threshold and is eligible to move up to the next higher tier.
- Traveloka reserves all rights to change or adjust the tier mechanism, including membership upgrade and downgrade.
- Traveloka reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Traveloka Priority programme at any time and at its sole discretion.
- Traveloka reserves the right to suspend any Priority member if Traveloka determines, at its sole discretion, that a member has been found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
