Terms and Conditions

1. E-ticket must be redeemed for a printed ticket before departure. The tickets must be used within 180 days after purchase.
2. The e-ticket must be redeemed for a printed ticket at one of the 3 (three) locations of Friendly Airport Limousine Bus counters, depending on the selected route on ticket options, which are: Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT), Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT), and Shinjuku Station West Exit.
3. Ticket is only valid for locations less than JPY 3,100 per trip.
4. Children under the age of 6 (six) may travel without seats. However, should the passengers require a seat for children, they may book child tickets.
5. Passengers are not allowed to smoke in the vehicle.
6. Passengers must allocate sufficient time to avoid late arrival due to traffic jams.
7. Passenger seats are arranged by booking dates or by arrival.
8. Standing seats are not provided in buses. Therefore, passengers are not allowed to enter the bus once the seats are full due to restrictions on the number of passengers on board and highway.
9. The following items must not be stored in the baggage compartment:
   • Cash
   • Securities
   • Precous Metal
   • Collectibles
   • Camera
   • Glass items
   • Other fragile items
   The provider is not responsible in case of damage or loss
10. General conditions for baggage:
    • Explosives, flammable items, corrosive chemicals, animals, remains, and other items can endanger the safety of the aircraft and cargo.
    • Pets (birds, puppies, kittens, etc.) without carry-on bags must be in the baggage compartment according to the supplier's policy.
    • Passengers can only bring 2 (two) pieces of baggage with max. 30 kg. Each baggage cannot exceed 50 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm. If it exceeds, the passengers will be charged an additional fee.
    • Providers may charge an additional fee should the carry-on baggage exceed the maximum prescribed weight.
11. Ticket is non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
