Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees.
Passengers are required to pay the extra cost that may result from changes in the pick-up or drop-off zone. Payment must be in cash, made directly to the staff or driver.

Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 15 minutes from the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.

Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items into the Smartryde Inc. vehicle. Dangerous items include but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Smartryde Inc. vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Smartryde Inc. service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from violations of the policy mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 24 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
