The room was incredibly cozy—spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed, soft linens, and warm lighting that made it feel like a home away from home. The ambiance was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I especially appreciated the little touches: a well-stocked coffee/tea station, fluffy bathrobes, and a deep soaking tub that was great for a long, stress-melting bath. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is very nice, they have good hospitality, staff are helpful, near the food area around the hotels such as Kebayoran Park Mall. The room is clean and spacious.

The staff and security guards are very friendly, and the experience of staying here has been very pleasant, clean, and fragrant ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sorry to say this, but the truth is that. All are dirty and unkempt. Not according to price and information. need to improve the building and management, the location is quite strategic.
