The rooms are very spacious and clean, the food is varied and delicious, the staff are all friendly, and it's close to the mall. I've been staying here for a while with my family.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, I happen to be allergic to dust and this hotel doesn't make my allergies flare up, the location is strategic. Hopefully the cleanliness will be maintained.

Pernah menginap di sini November 2022, dan sangat berkesan. Petugas-nya ramah dan cepat tanggap. Keamanan dan privasi terjaga, kamar nyaman dan bersih, harga bersaing dan ramah di kantong. Sehingga jadi referensi menginap kembali saat saya kembali ke Batam. Pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024 kembali saya menginap di sini dan tetap sama pelayanan-nya. Good job pokoknya.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.
