The second time I booked this hotel for my family vacation in Jakarta, I chose this hotel because when I first stayed here I felt very comfortable and satisfied. When I stayed yesterday, my family had a chance to tell me that the hot water machine in the bathroom was leaking and broken, the hotel quickly called a technician to repair it and the room was immediately moved to another, more spacious room, which I originally booked 1 queen bed & 1 single bed was upgraded to 2 queen beds. My parents & siblings who stayed really appreciated the entire hotel for this incident, and if they come to Jakarta again, they will return to this hotel to spend time in Jakarta. It is very comfortable to stay at this hotel. This hotel is close to the mall and various facilities in the Pluit Baywalk apartment complex, namely swimming pool; Laundry; Food stalls; Family mart; And so on. With an affordable price, I can get room facilities that have a kitchen, wifi, tv, and hot shower. Sheets, bed covers, soft pillows, toiletries, and towels are also provided. In the kitchen set cabinet, there are even cooking utensils, eating utensils, and dishwashers. The furniture is certainly not new, but it is quite good. It depends on whether or not the occupants can maintain it. Because the concept is an apartment, the room is not provided with breakfast and daily cleaning. We ourselves have to buy food outside and diligently clean up the trash. If we want to throw away the trash, we can collect the trash in the janitor's room or throw it in the trash box in front of the Lower Ground entrance. Initially, we may have difficulty finding the hotel lobby and room, but it will feel easy once we get used to it. The entrance to the apartment tower is guarded by security and the elevator can only be accessed by key/card holders. Therefore, security is more guaranteed. So is parking. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was also delicious. Thank you, I will definitely stay again next time because it's close to downtown Jakarta, easy to get to, the rooms are clean, and the swimming pool is comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay at Aston.
