I was pleased and very helpful with the staff at Arion Hotel. I asked for help finding an item I accidentally threw away during room cleaning. Shortly after I called, the cleaning staff arrived with the item. The receptionists who helped me check in and check out were also friendly and kind, especially Ibrahim and Diana.

The rooms are clean, safe, and comfortable. Close to public transportation, and there's plenty of dining options in the evening. The staff (Ms. Ajeng) is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is quite extensive, delicious, and fresh. Highly recommended for those looking for an affordable hotel in the Rawamangun area.

Starting from the security and reception team, they were very communicative. There was even a security guard whose name I forgot (I didn't see his badge). He was very attentive and helpful. He was very friendly and always greeted guests. Even my friend who came to visit was greeted with kindness. Overall, Hotel Fieris offers a pleasant vacation experience away from home.

Strategy location, the receptionist, security and staffs are helpful and friendly, the room is clean, quite, comfortable, just safe like home, and such a beautiful drawn wall art at the lobby, I love it. Overall, it is recommended 👍
