Convenient location in District 4, easy to move to surrounding districts. Good facilities, nice room, airy & bright. There is a place to cook, wash, dry clothes very conveniently. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. If you come to HCM for a long time, you should choose this place, it is more convenient & optimal than staying at a hotel. I will definitely come back.

Worth every penny I spent for this stay! Furnitures are new, the unit is absolutely spotless, plus the warm white design made us feel like home. Need to mention the shower head high pressure, the volume is big, giving me a very satisfied shower experience. Really recommended.

It is very comfortable to stay here than a hotel and feel safe to stay. It is close to the market and many food stalls, and cafés are around just a few steps to walk (very central of Ho Chi Minh). No noise and there is a washing machine, very handy for every traveler. I have stayed here for 3 times and every time I am in Saigon.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Staff friendly and helpful. Very welcoming at all times. Morning snack a welcome highlight. My room was small but bed very comfortable and room clean and good shower. Not far from main areas and around the corner walking distance to food and coffee.
