The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time, very kind people, especially in reception. Gungde, the guy named, always helped with all issues, even those not relating to their job. The place itself feels like home and you really will have a good rest. I had a better experience here compared to other 4-star hotels. They deserve higher appreciation.

Was found this property by chance. And no hesitation, it was truly exceptional. A brand new resort built in Tegalalang, surrounded by the serenity. The property itself was hella gorgeous. A perfect place for every couple or family to spend their intimate times. Modern interior with complete facilities, a 1,5 meters deep plunge pool added as a complement. I give it 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back soon. Thanks so much for the service and the hospitality. We’re feel like home indeed.

The accomodations were as pictured. The staff was professional and friendly. The view was breathtaking. The only downside is that the place was far from the city, but if you want a hotel far from crowds and relaxing atmosphere this is definitely the place to visit.

Puri Gangga Resort

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Even though the location is quite far, it actually offers silence for those who are looking for a place to retreat from the crowds. The fresh air, gentle breeze, the smell of incense, the smell of hay from the traditional roof, the sound of gurgling water, green leaves, and birds chirping are so relaxing. The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. I arrived in the middle of the night, and they helped take care of my stuff.

An enchanting escape nestled amidst Ubud's tranquil ricefields, this villa offers a slice of paradise between Ubud and Kintamani. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and the breakfast spread was a delightful start to our days. While our room was generally clean, we did encounter a minor oversight with the trash upon check-in. Nonetheless, the overall experience was wonderful, and we left rejuvenated and refreshed.

very quite place & relaxing, the way to get here is having extremely track but worth with the view, staff are very friendly, the room is unique, like living in a jungle but easier access to get eat and large bathroom, we love it! for you who planning to escape with no tv as your entertainment, this place is amazing. wake up with the sound of waterfall and birds are chirping
