Royal Kuningan Hotel

My 3-day, 2-night stay here was incredibly comfortable. The room smelled good, was clean, and spacious, and the air conditioning was super cool. I was really satisfied with my stay. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. There's a gym and a great kids' corner. I really liked it because I brought my 1.5-year-old baby here and she was so entertained.

Ayaka Suites

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We booked a triple room, and it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. The beds were cozy, and there was enough room for luggage without feeling cramped. The environment is very calm, the hotel room is also quite spacious and clean, the staff's hustle and bustle deserves a thumbs up especially Mbak Salsa at the reception (fast and responsive and very helpful). The parking lot is spacious and safe.

I always love the friendly service at JS Luwansa. The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful, from the parking attendants, security, bellboys, concierge, front office, receptionist, and housekeeping, everyone is very helpful and friendly.
