Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino

We had the most pleasant stay. The room was perfect, spotless. Staffs were very friendly and accommodating, I commend everyone at 18 Suites. We will definitely come back here. The location was perfect, near to all the shops, resto. It was worth the stay😊
