It's top. Going up to the 86th floor feels like being on a cloud. The view of Kuala Lumpur city is clearly visible. The staff service is very good. Thumbs up!

The tower staff is friendly. Humble, and serves quickly. Punctuality is very good. And other services are all good.

Although we came late for our tour at the Petronas twim Tower, the staff were helpful and request us to wait until they get us a tour. The Elevator was so crowded and we couldn't breath as AC is not functioning well. It was organized and we all had chance to take photos and enjoy, we loved the experience

the staff is friendly, time management is ok, we were given stickers for group division, complete souvenirs, just to redeem the photo & certificate is quite pricey

It's a different experience to feel like you're inside one of the tallest buildings in the world. Compared to usually only seeing the view from the outside, it feels different to see the view from the inside

Usually visitors will take photos in the park/under Petronas. If you're visiting KL, don't forget to enter/go up to the Petronas building. see the view from floors 41 and 86. everything is clear from both floors. There is also a souvenir area to buy or redeem photos, if we ask them to take photos. What's interesting is that when printing photos, there are several options when redeeming the photos. I chose to print out the photo with the certificate. If you want to visit there, it's best to buy a ticket first to make a reservation.

The voucher redeem process is fast, not complicated, you have to arrive 15 minutes before the time slot you bought so you don't have to wait for the queue to be empty (because when we missed it and had to wait in a long queue there was an empty one to get in), unfortunately when we were on Skybridge lt. 86 or at the observation deck, 86th floor, it seems like you're being rushed/limited in time, only 15 minutes, but it's your turn at the gift & coffee shop lt. 83 even left it for a long time, didn't wait for it...

I have visited quite a few tall buildings around the world, and I feel that the management of visitor attractions at the Petronas Twin Towers is considered 'world class.' My family and I enjoyed the visit, everything was well-organized. The experience on the Sky Bridge and Observation Deck was also delightful, well worth the cost. There was only one issue, which is the narrow elevator that had to accommodate many people. I am confident that it was still within the safe capacity limits, but it would be better if passengers did not feel crowded in the elevator for a more comfortable experience.

for infants there should be a separate ticket even though it is free but traveloka does not provide it but the staff still gives permission. The staff provides clear, good and friendly information starting from the beginning to the end. the view is extraordinary

Quiet due to corona virus. More security personnel than visitors. As usual, unnecessary heavy handed treatment by individual police when was lost due to lack of signposting and visitors were left to either walk on road or cross small barrier to walk next to building. Inside, security and police very friendly. We are very impressed.

It was nice experience I got. Very helpful tour guide, always support and assist what we need. The tour guide is very nice person, talkative, and helpful. Overall it was hassle-free and well-prepared.

This is a very memorable moment ... Take my mother to a trip abroad while riding Petronas ... Amazing. Buy tickets from Traveloka makes it easy for us to ride Petronas without waiting ... Recommend deh.
