• After completing your purchase, you will receive your flight e-ticket and Xperience voucher in 2 separate e-mails.
• This hospital does not take reservations. Customers will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Show a valid Traveloka voucher on your phone along with the valid ID (KTP/SIM/Kartu Keluarga or Family Card) of each person taking the test to the receptionist.
• If you are under the age of 17 and do not have any of the documents mentioned above, a parent's or legal guardian's valid ID may be used.

• Customers must present a Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP/SIM/Indonesian passport) of each person taking the test.
• Customers below the age of 17 may use a parent or legal guardian's valid KTP or a student card.
• This rapid/swab antigen test will take approximately 5 – 10 minutes (excluding time for queueing) and soft copy results will be available on the same day by 24:00 (for samples taken between 08:00 – 14:00) or the next day before 12:00 (for samples taken between 14:00 – 16:00). Printed results will be available the next day.
• Customers with reactive (positive) test results will be recommended to take a swab PCR test (with the customer's approval). While waiting for the PCR test results, the customer will then be required to quarantine themselves at home.
• If the PCR test shows positive results, customers who took the test in Jakarta will be referred to a Siloam Hospital in Mampang or Kelapa Dua. Customers who took the test outside of Jakarta will be referred to the nearest referral hospital.
• Siloam Hospitals and Traveloka may not be held responsible for any rejection by airport authorities due to incorrect, incomplete, or expired documents.
• The Xperience voucher may be used starting from 14 days prior to the date of your departing flight. If the departing flight is in less than 14 days, the voucher validity period starts from the date of purchase.
