- After completing your purchase, you will receive your flight e-ticket and Xperience voucher in 2 separate e-mails.
- Reservation is required. Reserve directly by phone at least 1 day before your visit.
- Show your Traveloka voucher and a valid ID (KTP) of each person taking the test to the staff member.
- If you are under the age of 17 or do not have the aforementioned IDs, you may use a valid family card (Kartu Keluarga).
- Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.
- Operational hours may vary. Contact our partner directly for accurate information on the date of your visit.
If you have internet connection:
- In front of a staff member, open the Traveloka app and go to the My Booking page.
- Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem".
- Select the voucher(s) that you would like to redeem, then swipe the button at the bottom of the page.
- Please ensure that vouchers are swiped in front of the staff. Vouchers that have been previously swiped will no longer be valid for redemption.
If you are not connected to the internet:
- Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem" to view the voucher's QR code.
- Show the QR code to the staff.
