Booking can be rescheduled to any dates from when you get your voucher to 14 days after your first selected date.
You can only reschedule to a date with the same or lower price than your first booking.
Once rescheduled, you can’t refund your booking.

Request a refund at the latest 5 day(s) before your selected visit date to get up to 100% refund.
Your booking will not be refundable if you request a refund less than 5 days before the selected visit date.
