- You must be at the pick-up location at the pick-up time. If you are not ready to be picked up at the specified time and location, the tour will depart without you and your order will be considered forfeited. You can submit a request to reschedule based on the agreement of the tour operator and availability on the date you choose.
- During pick-up, show a valid Traveloka voucher (not proof of transfer or invoice) on your mobile phone to the tour operator.
