The direct entry ticket has avoided a lot of unneccessary hassles. We managed to get seats for the Creatures of the Night and it was an awesome presentation! The lights were kinda dim but it didn't stop us to walk around to see the animals. Enjoyed a lot since the animals were not sleeping!!

Night Safari turnstiles and entrance: Open at 18:30 daily.
Night Safari Tram: Arrives every 15 minutes; capacity is up to 60 persons per tram.
Creatures of the Night Presentation (approx. 25 mins): 19:30, 20:30, and 21:30.
Twilight Performance (approx. 5 mins): 20:00 and 21:00 at the Entrance Courtyard.
Fire hybrid performance (20:00 and 21:00) is replaced with a new LED light performance until further notice.
Session time selection

Arrive no later than 45 minutes from the selected time.
If park capacity is reached, you may be required to wait until availability opens.
Seats for the Creatures of the Night presentation must be reserved 2 hours before the start time at https://www.mandai.com/en/book-presentation-seats.html.

In the event of a dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail.
Safety & behavior
Visitors must not leave the amphitheater while a presentation is in progress.
Tourist Guides and Tour Leaders must ensure visitors stay for the entire presentation; early exit may result in being barred from future entry.
Coach drivers must avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East; use other available bays for drop-offs and parking.

WRS may take photographs or recordings of any visitor for any purpose without prior approval or compensation.

Mask wearing is optional in outdoor areas but is required in all indoor exhibits and specified areas. Dining-in at F&B outlets is allowed only for vaccinated visitors as well as unvaccinated visitors who are 12 years and under. Checks may be done to ensure compliance.
For the ParkHopper Plus ticket holders: If you plan to visit all the parks in 1 day, the first ticket redemption may be at any of the parks. However, if you plan on visiting the parks on different days, then the first ticket redemption must be done at Night Safari.
