All reschedules are at the sole discretion of the operator.
A SGD 3 administration fee applies per reschedule and per passenger.

The Adult tickets are valid for passengers aged 12 years old and above.

Only personal belongings are allowed on board; no animals, foul-smelling items, or dangerous goods (e.g., explosives, firearms, drugs, or flammable materials) are permitted.

- Acts of God such as storms, lightning, rain, or floods.
- Strikes, lockouts, industrial actions, or labour shortages, whether or not the operator is directly involved.
- Explosion, fire, collision, grounding, or mechanical failure of the vessel or its equipment.
- Acts of terrorism, riots, war, rebellion, political unrest, or government intervention.
- Government regulations, restrictions, or refusal of permits, or inability to obtain essential supplies such as fuel.
- Failure or malfunction of electrical or electronic systems, machinery, software, or related components.
- Import or export restrictions, trade bans, or embargoes.
