All reschedules are at the sole discretion of the operator.
A SGD 3 administration fee applies per reschedule and per passenger.

Ticket transferability
The ticket is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

The Adult tickets are valid for passengers aged 12 years old and above.
The Child tickets are valid for passengers aged 3 - 11 years old.

Singapore passport holders with permanent residency in Singapore are not eligible for this pass.
Passport validity must be at least 6 months from your departure date.

Each passenger may bring one hand-carried item (maximum 70 cm × 51 cm × 34 cm and 10 kg) and one small sling bag (e.g., handbag or document bag).
Each passenger has a 20 kg check-in baggage allowance; excess baggage (up to another 20 kg) will be charged according to rates set by the ferry terminal operator.
Check-in baggage must be securely packed; golf bags must be checked in and will count toward the baggage allowance.
Only personal belongings are allowed on board; no animals, foul-smelling items, or dangerous goods (e.g., explosives, firearms, drugs, or flammable materials) are permitted.
The operator reserves the right to refuse any baggage or property deemed hazardous, bulky, or unsafe, including bicycles or surfboards.
Baggage regulations are subject to changes imposed by the ferry terminal operators, for which the operator accepts no liability.
The operator is not responsible for baggage handled by terminal operators before loading or after unloading. Passengers must comply with the terminal operators’ baggage policies.
Force majeure
The operator is not liable for any loss, delay, expense, or damage (whether direct, indirect, economic, or consequential) resulting from its inability to perform services due to a Force Majeure Event.
A Force Majeure Event refers to any event or circumstance beyond the operator’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God such as storms, lightning, rain, or floods.
- Strikes, lockouts, industrial actions, or labour shortages, whether or not the operator is directly involved.
- Explosion, fire, collision, grounding, or mechanical failure of the vessel or its equipment.
- Acts of terrorism, riots, war, rebellion, political unrest, or government intervention.
- Government regulations, restrictions, or refusal of permits, or inability to obtain essential supplies such as fuel.
- Failure or malfunction of electrical or electronic systems, machinery, software, or related components.
- Import or export restrictions, trade bans, or embargoes.
