If the participant joins as a single adult, the participant will be paired wih other participant(s).

A surcharge of VND 50,000/pax applies to request for a one-person private basket boat ride.

The coconut jungle tour does not have a fixed schedule and offers first come, first served basis.

Free admission for children under 100 cm in height.

The operator will cancel the booking in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be given the option of a reschedule or a refund.

Smoking and alcohol consumption is not allowed. You will be requested to leave the premises in case of violation.

Safety guidelines

The basket boat ride is not suitable for participants with health problems such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
