The staff at the location were very friendly and informative. You can also ask for help taking photos without paying. All the transportation drivers to the location were very friendly and pleasant. The location is very clean, and when I went there it was quiet. The entrance fee is IDR 50,000 on weekdays, I thought this was too expensive for a fairly simple place (not as colorful and crowded as the photo spots at The Great Asia Africa), but once I entered, it was still worth the ticket price, because all the staff and drivers provided good service. For me, the best part of my and my family's experience at Sarae Hills was the service of all the staff and drivers. Good job.

The place is nice, there are various historical places, spacious, and there is also a free shuttle. But unfortunately it is very quiet, I came with three of my friends on a long weekend but nobody else was there except us and the officers. Then there are some places that are already dusty, the photobox machine also keeps erroring. Hopefully it will be fixed next time.

There are few rides and they are not well maintained (a lot of the paint has peeled off) so they are not very attractive for taking photos.

Please update the closing time of the rides... on Maps it closes at 19.00 but on the field it closes at 18.00 The price of 50 thousand/person is too expensive just for taking photos in a few places like that....(rather than getting rid of my curiosity and never coming back) Regret buying a ticket for 4 people for 200 thousand😭
