I want to redeem it. Must wait for the employee inside the room to be there first. If the employee does not enter, wait until he enters the office first. Permainannya lumayan banyak. Tapi keprofesionalan petugas harus ditingkatkan, supaya lebih gesit dan cekatan, serta sistem komputerisasi yg digunakan perlu dioptimalkan. Kemarin nak tukar hadiah pun lamanya setengah mati. Karena petugasnya tidak hafal data barang. Tapi attitude petugas cukup baik, ramah.
