Pick-up Service

 • Fly Bali and/or the pilot in command reserves the right to change or cancel flights, flight routes, and/or flight duration due to weather, suitability of landing and take-off areas, aircraft loading, passenger carriage if behavior is strange or offensive, and/or other operational considerations which can affect flight safety. Fly Bali is not responsible for any losses, claims, costs or expenses incurred as a result of decisions made by Fly Bali or the pilot in accordance with this clause.

 • Fly Bali uses helicopters registered under PT. VOLTA PACIFIC AVIATION as Air Operator Certificate. Helicopter services are subject to the provisions of Legal Requirements and PT. Volta Pacific Aviation Operations Manual. Fly Bali shall not be liable for any delay, failure to provide, or partial performance of any Helicopter Services due to such requirements.

 • The customer must acknowledge that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation has the right to revoke, suspend or cancel permits, approvals or certifications for the operation of aircraft, and in connection with the provision of helicopter services. Customers and Customers must try their best to fulfill the requirements or conditions set by DJBC Indonesia.

 • Load limits &amp; maximum number of passengers are non-negotiable. Flights are not permitted to operate if the load exceeds the maximum capacity. Total load limits apply to total passengers and baggage.

 • Maximum 4 passengers with maximum load of 370 kg for passengers and luggage.

 • Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on board the helicopter

 • Fly Bali has the right to use passenger photos for Fly Bali social media purposes with your consent.

 • Fly Bali reserves the right to refuse boarding or deny carriage to anyone and reserves the right to fly back to the heliport if such conditions pose an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (including but not limited to alcohol or drug intoxication and disturbance) to passengers, crew, staff, or our property.

 Fly Bali will refund the entire booking amount minus an administration fee of IDR 1,000,000 for cancellations (by customers) within 7 days before the flight schedule

 A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will apply if cancellation (by the customer) is made within 24 hours before the scheduled flight

 Cancellations (with Fly Bali) will not be charged due to weather, Force Majeure aircraft conditions, NOTAMs, late arrival from previous flights, security, and government issues.

 Customers can reschedule flights. However, an additional fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for any changes made less than 48 hours before departure.

 Fly Bali will decide whether the flight needs to be postponed due to weather and the flight will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. If a rescheduled date and time cannot be agreed upon, there will be a 100% refund of any payment received. Weather calls are at the sole discretion of Fly Bali pilots and Fly Bali will NOT be responsible for any costs associated with delays as a result of such conditions.

 Both parties (customer and Fly Bali) have the right to withdraw from the flight if any unsafe act or condition is observed which has the potential to endanger the welfare of personnel and/or equipment.

 1. The obligation to perform helicopter services is subject to force majeure at any time.

 2. Force Majeure means any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Fly Bali which includes:

 2. Any cancellation or postponement caused by:

 Severe weather (including, but not limited to, storms, rain, hail, fog, dust, frost or ice);

 cancellation or delay of an aircraft due to compliance with air traffic control;

 any additional or unusual security requirements imposed by government entities arising from specific threats or incidents or delays resulting from actions of airport security staff or police with respect to specific passengers or cargo;

 strikes, industrial action of an industrial nature;

 war, rebellion, civil unrest, landowner disputes;

 any action, order or demand of any court or government or government agency.

 3. FLY BALI will notify customers as soon as possible about the occurrence and details of any events or circumstances giving rise to Force Majeure, expected delays in performance due to Force Majeure, and steps taken to overcome or mitigate such events or circumstances.

 4. Fly Bali will not be responsible for failure to fulfill its responsibilities under this agreement for any: loss, damage or claim resulting either directly or indirectly from a Force Majeure event to the extent that such failure, loss, damage or claim is caused by delay, disruption, loss or damage caused by Force Majeure.
