My first time at GWK was in 2012, and things have changed a lot now, and it will be even better when I return in 2025. The ticket exchange process was quick and easy, and staff were available at several attraction locations and were willing to help take our photos. The facilities are also much better now...

It was good. We got to see the Kecak performance during the rain, and there were a lot of visitors due to the school holidays. So it was a bit noisy and uncomfortable to watch.

Some staff were unaware of app-based ticketing. Some areas were closed for special events, and performances were moved to temporary stages.

@Regarding: Shuttle Management Our family (4 people) visited GWK last June and discovered that the parking-to-main-entry shuttle queue was different for visitors who purchased tickets through online platforms (such as Traveloka) and for other visitors. While we felt we were being treated preferentially because we had purchased tickets in advance, we were disappointed to find that the Traveloka queue actually had to wait LONGER. This was because the fleet/shuttle transporting other passengers was more numerous/more frequent. Even though we were in the queue next to each other and the shuttle was the same type/size. Management's Reason: The drop-off points are different (even though they are not far apart and can be crossed). Suggestion: Management should transport passengers who are already queuing together without discrimination, by alternatively passing through both drop-off points. Or provide equal waiting time. @Regarding: Show Schedule and Location Visitors entered the theater amplifier to watch the show/dance before the scheduled queue and were seated. After 5-10 minutes, an attendant entered and announced that the performance was NOT HERE, but elsewhere. There were no special vehicles or guards to help guide or guide visitors. Only the information "in tent xx." Guests were disappointed, trying to walk and look around without any directions, asking around. There was no clear signage. It turned out to be a long way from the theater amplifier. When they arrived at the tent, there were no seats, and of course, the dance was almost over. Suggestions: - Create a clear and definite performance schedule - Post an attendant at the entrance to the theater amplifier - Provide seating if the performance is in an open area due to the large number of elderly, pregnant women, and children - If the performance is held in a location other than the theater, attract visitors with loud announcements (to use loudspeakers) around GWK to draw in the audience 5-10 minutes in advance. It was sad to see the 80 or so seated audience members dwindle to 10 (and even then, it was too late). Even the dancers, who had prepared their best for the performance, were disappointed with the small audience. Hopefully, this feedback will be accepted for future improvements.

The place is nice, there are many attractions that we can follow. At the beginning we were escorted by car and stopped at the entrance. In order not to get tired of going up, it is better to buy another Buggy Service ticket from where the car went up because the ticket does not include Buggy Service.

Initially read the review on GMaps and doubted whether it was worth paying that price. But it turned out to be very worthy, the atmosphere inside is also good, not only see the GWK statue but also other arts. Inside is also complete with shopping places and restaurants
