Staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming and tried their best to speak English to my kids, whose Indonesian is pretty limited. Very minimal wait times, too. My kids had a blast!

Ticket exchange is easy, there is a queue for each playing spot, there is an age limit of 25 years old who are not allowed to play during the holiday season, overall it is quite fun.

The staff not too friendly; maybe because there is a crowd during our visit. But its still early in the morning. the ticket purchased via Traveloka been delayed to be issued for almost 2 hours. But overall experience was nice, would suggest to avoid holiday season for more convenience

The voucher exchange process is very easy, the staff is friendly and helpful, as a suggestion it is better to take a ticket for a full day duration to enjoy all the facilities, holidays will be very crowded for queues.

The best solution is to buy Kidzania tickets when booking a hotel, because it's cheaper... there's a queue for the games, but the kids really enjoy it, even until 19.00 WIB (closed operating hours).
