The ticket exchange took a really long time, almost 10 minutes and even then we were left standing in front of the entrance, we could have entered the locker room first, even though there was a QR but it wasn't scanned but instead we manually wrote it down one by one, wasting time

The area is quite large, the rides are also safe for children. Masks are not required to enter the sand area but must be accompanied by parents. There are lockers too. The staff is good according to the SOP

The lady at the location is very friendly, kind and very helpful💞💞 God willing, my child's hand was injured from a small scratch and the staff immediately moved quickly to get a first aid kit and helped treat it patiently..thank you very much, miss 🙏 The playground is comfortable, safe and very spacious👍
