Everything was on time from start to finish. Got a very good driver who is good at taking pictures, knows beautiful spots for photos. Wanted to take us from East to West too. Continued success for this tour package. Next time I want to go to Nusa Penida again, I will book here again

first time to Nusa Penida, the weather is hot need to bring a lot of sun cream so you don't get burnt. the driver is amazing very helpful in taking photos. basically everything is easy here and hopefully next year I can come here again

The vehicle was dirty and the ac was not working properly. The driver was friendly but couldn’t speak English. The owner/boss of the driver wasn’t very kind as he raised his voice when we asked to take us to roam around completely as the itinerary offered, due to our late arrival.

VERY SEVERE 😫 The agency is very money oriented. I chat on WA to ask more questions, at first he replied quickly because he thought I wanted to order, but I wanted to ask because I had already ordered. No response at all, suddenly he replied to the chat as soon as he was on the boat, asking me to bring 2 children because he wanted to be charged more, but at night I wanted to chat to ask how my child was 😂😂 Suddenly he was on the island and the chat asked for an additional 300rb tf manual late WA and my 8-month-old baby were asked for money 😂😂 even though when I left, I didn't get a ticket for the baby, when I got home I was charged for the ticket 😂😂 it looks like I have very little money. My charger was left behind in the car, the shipping fee to the port was asked for 100,000, but the charge price is not even that much 😂😂 This agency is not good, if I could give 0 stars, I would give 0 stars. The schedule is not very suitable, the schedule is tight from east to west , 5 destinations. Everything is out of line so you only get 2 destinations. 2 places, it's not enough time to go home, he said 😂😂😂😂

If you want to experience everything in a day, then this tour is perfect for you. However, the road is quite hard to access and traffic here and there will be expected. The guide was friendly and easy to talk to, his picture quality is no joke and he knows the road best. It was a pleasant trip.

I ordered a West and East Mix but was given only the West one… I informed the driver but the driver didn't want to take me to Diamond with various reasons… finally I was forced to go home!!! Very untrustworthy…

Overall it is very satisfying and the tourist attractions are also as expected, it is just a shame that all the roads are very narrow, so it hampers the journey from one object to another due to congestion plus some roads that are badly damaged. This needs government attention so that tourism is more comfortable.

Axe stone is recommended but you have to be more careful in choosing the driver
