There were only 2 rows at the ticket redemption counter, it took a long time even though the queue was long. I wasn't satisfied with the concert, Westlife's performance didn't last for 2 hours, but the sound quality was okay for an outdoor concert, the tenants etc were just so-so, the stage layout wasn't quite right, and those watching the festival were covered by cameras and staff monitors.

The committee was not prepared enough in terms of exchanging the bracelets to enter the festival venue. It is very unfortunate.

good in almost all aspects, except that the parking fee is not covered in the entrance ticket (we were still asked to pay for parking with a separate parking ticket)
