The travel contract will be concluded only after all train arrangements have been completed and the reservation will become official when the documents have been sent to you. (This is not a notification of the confirmation of departure.)


[For participants sharing a room with three persons]

The rooms for single and double occupancy have a view of the JR conventional train or Shinkansen, while rooms for triple occupancy do not have a view of the train due to the structure of the building.
Please note that even if you book a room for 3 persons, the room may be divided into single and twin rooms.


[Boarding or getting off the train on the way]

If you wish to board or get off the train on the way, please contact the Club Tourism Domestic Travel Center at least 5 days prior to departure. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you wish to board a train mid-way, please purchase a ticket with the lowest section fare and then board the designated train. Also, Please be noted that there are no refunds or discounts for getting off midway. Fares to the boarding stations (all trains including Shinkansen and conventional lines) are to be borne by the participants.
