No need to exchange tickets, because to use it you just have to show it to the officer, only at small stations many officers are not familiar with this type of pass

I realized greater tokyo pass not help me for cost efficient since I only used for bus n subway. This pass also not cover bus to gotemba and narita transportation. So if only for bus n subway, better not use this. Before purchase this, please calculate the cost carefully.

Great to have. Makes it easy to navigate the greater Tokyo area. While possible, I won't recommend using from airport to city since the route takes longer. Unless you are staying 3 days and 2 nights only.

Easy to get around Tokyo because of the pass. No need to worry about buying subway tickets to get from point A to point B. Won't recommend it though for use from Narita to downtown Tokyo especially if you're arriving in the afternoon unless you are staying only 3 days. Overall, it was a great experience.
