• This is a private city tour service with a maximum duration of 10 hours.

• Pickup and drop-off locations must be provided at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance.

• The service includes a driver and vehicle only; it does not include a licensed tour guide unless requested separately.

• Entrance fees, attraction tickets, meals, and personal expenses are not included.

• Overtime beyond the agreed 10-hour duration is subject to additional charges, payable directly.

• The tour operates within Kuching city limits; travel outside the city may incur extra charges.

• Changes to the itinerary during the tour are subject to time availability, traffic, and weather conditions.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early termination of the tour

• All passengers must wear seat belts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

• Children must use appropriate child seats if required by local regulations; please request in advance.

• Passengers must follow the driver’s instructions for safety at all times.

• Standing, leaning out of windows, or distracting the driver is strictly prohibited.

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.

• The driver reserves the right to refuse service if passenger behavior poses a safety risk.

The following items are not allowed during the tour:

• Illegal substances, drugs, or narcotics

• Weapons, firearms, sharp objects, or explosive materials

• Flammable, hazardous, or toxic substances

• Open alcohol containers

• Strong-smelling items that may cause discomfort

• Pets or animals, unless pre-approved and properly secured

Passengers carrying prohibited items may be denied service without refund in accordance with safety and legal regulations.
