Processing Time: The Philippine Representative Office operates on an appointment basis. It takes 4 working days after the appointment (excluding submission day, return shipping time, and holidays), totaling approximately 7 working days.

Visa Validity: 3-month single entry, maximum stay of 59 days.

Required Documents:

For applicants under 15 years old, in addition to the original passport, ID photocopy, and English flight itinerary, please note the following:

1. Children under 15 must provide an original household registration certificate issued within the last three months (required even if an ID photocopy is available).

2. Children under 15 must submit their application together with their father's or mother's passport and visa.

3. If both parents are traveling, please specify during submission whether the application is being processed with the father or the mother.

4. If the accompanying parent already has a visa, please provide their original passport and valid physical paper visa during submission.

5. If parents are divorced and have joint custody, an authorization letter from the other parent is required.

6. If parents are divorced and the parent traveling with the child does not have custody, an authorization letter from the parent with custody is required.

7. The child's visa will specify who they are traveling with (if submitted with the father, the child must travel to the Philippines with the father).

8. We only process visas for children traveling with their parents; other cases are not accepted.
