Extremely dissatisfied. I booked the tickets and was disappointed. When we arrived, no one picked us up. We couldn't get through by phone. The email only had our information, not even the name of the shipping company or anything. The money couldn't be refunded. It was nothing more than a scam😓😡

i use this return from pps to el nido. first they are not punctual in time. from pps to el nido i had to wait for 2hrs they said waiting for another passenger and they not only picking up from airport but also from pps area. The driver fast and need to be more careful. i suggest just sleep during the ride. Van is very tight if you have long leg maybe you shud consider about this.

Our flight arrived four hours late due to a delayed departure from NAIA. Upon arrival, we were assigned the shared van. After driving for around an hour, we made a stop to wait for six more passengers. The wait time ended up being THREE HOURS. Upon calling the provider, we were told the van will not proceed in the absence of the six passengers. We asked for an alternative transport but they told us that there's no available van. The five-hour Puerto Princesa to El Nido became eight hours. I would have thought that since our flight got delayed, the provider would re-arrange the van assignments to accommodate the delay, but that did not happen and it ended up being a bad experience.

I heard that van drivers going to El nido or vice versa were very notorious drivers. they are really fast. but the van we rode in seems to not care about other living beings he is ready to just run over dogs if they are on the way. We also ran over 3 chickens along the way because he was really fast. i felt pity for them because they also have lives too you know.

Great service. Shiela of Hello Elnido helped us arrange the door-to-door pickup & drop-off. The van operator Julius & driver Vergil will contact you before the pickup. I admired how they promptly answer your text message and answer your call or make a return call.

We were cramped inside the van and there was less space for the bags. Good thing the driver was nice and drives fast with caution.
