I would actually rate the whole experience as neutral, but unfortunately Traveloka only have 4 stars rating system.
What need to be improved:
1. Voucher redemption process (the front desk staff seems to be struggling on how to process a traveloka voucher).
2. Consultation result (I overheard the staff was just casually mentioned some customer’s treatment detail in public, I am not sure if it’s a normal thing in Indonesia, if so, then means there is no confidentiality).
3. The waiting time (it took me around 1 hour waiting tike for treatment -arrive at 3:45 & get treatment at 4:55), maybe they are busy but well again not sure if it’s normal in Indonesia to wait this long for an IPL Acne treatment only.
What went well:
1. I would say Dr Citra did well in explaining the type of treatment that might be needed for my condition, at some points I was even thinking of making immediate purchase for their set treatment.
2. The price of their treatment package is seems to be decent and fair.
With this experience, I would say I would think twice to come back to this branch, maybe I will try and check other branch first, to compare how did they handle their overall operation process.
