－Personal preparation before departure－

Recommended clothing
- Please change into your swimming clothes before gathering for the activity
- Swimwear or clothing made of lightweight and quick-drying materials, making it easier to put on and take off cold-proof clothing
- Lightweight shoes (such as flip-flops, sandals) for easy replacement of non-slip shoes

Please prepare your own
- Drinking water, sports drinks
