Kualitas pelayanan cukup baik, staff ramah. Kapal bersih dan AC sangat dingin. Dapat air minum gratis dan buah semangka potong gratis. Fasilitas toilet juga cukup baik. Harga paling terjangkau dibandingkan layanan kapal lain. Recommended.

รถบัสมารับที่โรงแรมตรงเวลา มีเจ้าหน้าที่มารอรับด้านหน้าท่าเรือ การรับแลกบัตรค่อนข้างวุ่นวายเพราะมีผู้โดยสารเยอะมาก เรือออกไม่ตรงเวลา ช้าไป 30 นาที ภายในเรือกว้างขวาง มีเสื้อชูชีพทุกที่นั่ง มีขนมและเครื่องดื่มจำหน่าย ห้องน้ำสะอาด ถือว่าเป็นการเดินทางด้วยเรือเฟอร์รี่ที่คุ้มค่าและราคาดีงาม เมื่อจองผ่านเว็บไซต์

Booking was easy with voucher for ferry emailed within minutes. We had booked and paid for a transfer to our hotel to be included however when we arrived at the ferry port we were told we owed an additional amount for the transfer. I’m not sure why and didn’t really get any answer to this. The ferry was very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. Our hotel transfer was waiting at the pier when we arrived. It was a very cramped and uncomfortable journey to the hotel. I would book without the transfer if using again.
