Me and my friend were made to pay twice because an email would not go through that held the code inside. I tried to show that I had payed but they wouldn’t allow me entrance. The ticket came through later after I had already bought and used the second one. Refund me and my friend the ticket we didn’t use please. This was out of our control and there should be better customer service about instances like this.

Buffet lunch isn’t good but it’s only a small extra cost when you get the package. This is a pretty good water park. We went when it wasn’t busy. I wouldn’t bother during a really busy time. The slides are good but I wouldn’t que for half an hour for them.

Very good, the price is the same as the pre-purchase price on the vana nava website. For those who go suddenly like us, if going to buy at the event, it's 1,200. If you want to buy a cheap price from the website, you have to book in advance 2 days and get a ticket from traveloka. It's very ok.

Excellent service-minded staff Help find promotions for customers. And have a good understanding of how to use coupons on the traveloka app. The place is clean and safe. There are many amenities. The staff at each point are friendly. and taking into account the safety of service users as well

Very good, very good value, get towels, lockers and drinks. You can go to the counter to exchange your tickets and get a VR ticket for 1 round. It's very fun. Next time you go there, I think I'll go in and play again.

Good promotion ... but ask if it's worth it It's not that size In the promotion there is 1 pizza, but until I tell all the pizza Change to choose rice instead of 2 dishes, but the promotion is 4 pay 3, you have to buy more anyway. The facilities are complete, very good. The staff are informative, good service, but the staff are on many attractions, there are many people swinging.
