All so incredible, starting from the pick-up with a nice minibus, the tour guide is fluent in English, besides that when they sell tickets for attractions, they sell at honest prices. The food on the cruise is very good, careful of every detail of the request, and the cruise is very nice and clean, the toilet is very clean. If any 10 stars, I will give them all.

Tour Itinerary

07:30-12:00 You will be picked up and transferred to Ha Long bay (applies to tickets with Hanoi Departure only.) (Option Luxury Cruise departs earlier, at 6:30 AM)

12:00-12:15 Arriving in Ha Long harbour, check in onboard.

•

12:15-14:00 As you leave the harbour, you will embark on a sightseeing delight as the cruise takes you through a myriad of isles, such as Fighting Cock Islet, Stone Dog Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, etc. Enjoy lunch onboard.

14:00-16:30 Check out Sung Sot Cave, one of the most impressive caves in Ha Long Bay. Then you will be transferred to Luon Cave, where you have a go at kayaking or simply chill on the sundeck. Visit Titov Isle. You can swim, hang out on the beach, or trek to the top of the hill at the isle to have a panoramic view of the bay.

16:30-18:00 Depart for Ha Long harbour. Enjoy the scenery onboard.

The cruise has a schedule for kayaking and going into the cave. But when boarding the ship, they said you had to buy a ticket? ???? Need an explanation.

The information on Traveloka is incorrect. The travel agency gives many reasons and refuses to change or compensate even if the error is from the company. Traveloka's handling is slow and superficial.

the tour staff is really fast to respond .. I contacted them first before making the booking, They directly answered my question clearly. I just bought the tour one day before, and the staff directly contacted me after the booking made.. they explained to me about what to prepare for tomorrow morning.. all was good.. but the queue before entering the cave is really tiring.. very long queue in the hot sunny day 🤪...no wonder, because 30 april was the public holiday in Vietnam

Overall a very good experience. We were picked up and dropped at our hotel in the Old Quarter. Thanks to our guide that out trip began and ended on time. Ha Long Bay is indeed beautiful! Our first stop was at Ha Long Pearl where we were given the time to look at the history or buy some pearls. Next we went to the harbour to go to our ship. The ship was clean with a jacuzzi, inside there were aircons and you could charge your phone. The lunch was good, although the sunset snacks could use more food (there were only crackers and fruits, and people were hungry after adventuring the Titop Island). Overall a very nice experience!

Worth the money, everyone, the service and attitude are all very ok, the price is reasonable, no wonder this place has the most reviews. As shown in the picture, this place is very expensive.

I had so much fun! Our tour guide, Dolphin, was absolutely fantastic! He was also very helpful in navigating the island and making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

A very nice and easy arrangement made by them. Also, the app will help to connect you with them if you need something like arranging the pick-up point (if transfer by bus is selected). Very reasonable price. You may add on the service, e.g., kayak, speed boat, sampan. I chose the speed boat and sampan (boat rowed by local), per pax you need to add approximately 350K VND, very recommended activities. Buffet food was selected and the food was okay. The waiters were very welcoming. Overall, you need to book this!

The guide was incredibly patient and kind, besides that he also really took me and picked me up to the hotel. The food was also delicious, I suggest if you go to Halong Bay, take the complete package and eat the buffet so you will be satisfied, it was really fun, you won't regret joining this tour.
