The overall experience was great. We weren't so lucky since there was too much fog that day we couldn't take any good photos. However, we had a wonderful time at the buffet and the exhibition. The staff were friendly and helpful. We hope to return here when the weather is better to enjoy the beauty of the mountain

Go when there are few people so you don't have to queue. Clean and beautiful. Buying tickets online is very convenient, fast and there are also promotions. You should go to Ba Den mountain, a spiritual tourist destination worth going to.

Luckily, I went on the day of her death anniversary but it wasn't too crowded because it was my first time and I didn't have much experience. When I got off, I saw a lot of people coming to attend the ceremony in the afternoon and the lantern procession in the evening. I learned from my experience for next time. Buying tickets on the app is very convenient and can be used directly at the cable car check-in gate. The buffet was quite good, not too excellent but not bad either. Overall, I was satisfied.

Tickets are quick and easy to buy. However, this package does not include entrance tickets. Still have to queue up to buy 10k entrance tickets The staff were still confused when I showed them the barcode, not everyone knew. Luckily, there were many other staff standing there

pick up was almost 1 hour late from the initial agreement, the initial agreement was at 7 am, then the staff said they would pick you up at 7.30, but it turned out they arrived at 8 am. entrance fee paid again VND 10,000 most of the staff can't speak English, ticket exchange was very confusing, it turned out the ticket to hang station was different from the one in the photo. should have included photos of each tourist attraction so you wouldn't be disappointed when you were there. hoping to go to the big Buddha statue, it turned out it was different from the ticket that had been purchased. the ticket to hang station is not very interesting, only a few temples and you have to climb a lot of stairs to enter the mountain. the trip from the bottom to hang station via cable car takes 5 minutes. it is recommended to wear a thin jacket and hat because it is very hot and scorching. pick up again also said at 4 pm, but it turned out we arrived there at 4.30 am. very untimely. quite disappointed with this 1 day tour

This combo does not include entrance tickets, nor does it include free ice cream, but it is convenient to hold the phone in hand and just scan the code when going through the gate, I had a very good experience at a reasonable price.
