Rental cost includes driver, fuel, toll, and parking fees.
Passengers cannot change the pick-up or drop-off zone once booking is confirmed.

Passengers traveling from the airport must contact the driver directly to meet at the pick-up location. Please see your Traveloka voucher for further instructions.

Passengers traveling to the airport must show up max. 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled and cannot be refunded.

Passengers must follow the passenger and baggage limitation for the selected vehicle, as informed during booking.
Passengers are not allowed to smoke, as well as to carry substances with strong odors and/or dangerous items in the Bluebird vehicle. Dangerous items included but not limited to sharp items, flammable substances, explosives, chemicals, dangerous materials, and illegal drugs.
Passengers are not allowed to drive the Bluebird vehicle.
Passengers are not allowed to use the Bluebird service for criminal or illegal activities.
Passengers are responsible for the consequences resulting from policy violations as mentioned above.
Reschedule can only be done at the latest 2 hours before pick-up time.
Your reschedule request is based on car availability.
Reschedule is free of charge. However, if there is a price difference on the rental fee between the old and new schedule, the price difference will be borned to the passenger.

Refund is available for cancellations made up to 2 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
Refund amount is 100% of the rental cost.
Refund amount will be returned via the payment method used during booking.
