“Should I drop my bags first at the accommodation, or bring them while exploring the city?” Well, no more of that dilemma with Drop & Go: Traveloka’s latest feature (currently available in Bali) that helps transfers your luggage with these options: from Ngurah Rai Airport to the accommodation (and the other way around), and between accommodations.
Let us show you how:
1. Drop and Go
Drop your luggage with Drop&Go staff upon arrival at the airport(for “to accommodation” delivery option), or drop it at the accommodation’s lobby(for “between accommodations or to the airport” delivery option). Then, you’re free to go whenever you want to go.
2. Track and Trace
Security is our top priority, so we enable tracking information for you to track the delivery process. Plus, your luggage will also be covered by insurance, so there’s nothing to worry about!
3. Get Your Luggage
You can just pick up your luggage with Drop & Go staff when you arrive at the airport or at the accommodation’s lobby.
How to Request Drop & Go?

Book accommodation in Bali* via Traveloka for October to December 2019 stay period.
*Denpasar, Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Sanur, Benoa, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran area only.
2.
Once the voucher has been issued, you will receive a Drop & Go offer in your email and in your MyInbox (Traveloka App).
3.
Inside the email and on Drop & Go offer page (accessible from MyInbox on Traveloka App) , click ‘Request Now’ button to fill out Drop & Go request form to provide your details.
