Singapore is a country in Southeast Asia with the busiest airport in the world. This country is small but is visited by hundreds of thousands of foreign tourists annually. It is not surprising that despite being a small country, Singapore is very well-built and has many fascinating tourist destinations.

If you want to go on vacation, create an itinerary to ease the trip. Besides being able to find out the plans for tourist attractions during the holidays, the itinerary is also essential to predict the time and costs during the tour.

What to do in Singapore in 4 days? Here’s the itinerary & budgeting recommendation for you.

Day 1: Bugis Street & Chinatown

You should choose an early flight for cheaper options. Once you arrive at Changi Airport, you can buy an adult rechargeable smart card, EZ Link or Singapore Tourist Pass. This card can get you around Singapore as much as you want in one to three days for an affordable fee of only $S19. Use the card to pay for MRT or bus. The MRT and Bus network in Singapore is extensive and accessible.

Singtel counters offer a SIM card for internet service. For only S$5, you can get a valid card for five days. Singtel does provide special short-term packages for tourists.

Done with transportation and communication matters, let’s start your journey. If you arrive at lunchtime, we recommend dropping by Bugis Street. Take your time to savor the mouth-watering street food, from snacks to desserts.

After lunch, you can continue walking or shopping at Bugis Street. This shopping center offers a variety of beauty products, clothing, culinary delights on Bugis Street, delicious food, and various other unique and lovely souvenirs; highly recommended to visit while on holiday in Singapore.

The following agenda is checking in at the hotel and storing belongings. There are hundreds of hotels located in the Bugis Street area. We recommend Hotel 81 Bugis because it’s strategic. If you have had enough rest, you can continue to the next tourist destination, Chinatown. Around here, you can find the Sri Mariaman Temple. The entry fee is around S$ 5.42; if you bring a camera, you must pay an additional fee of about S$2.76.

You can go to Chinatown Food Street, which is within reach for dinner. The food price here is quite affordable, and there are many choices.
