Here are the steps to book NAM Air tickets online:
Payments for NAM Air tickets can be made via bank transfer, and credit card.
For more information regarding available payment methods, please visit the Payment Methods page.
The NAM Air e-ticket serves as proof of your booking for NAM Air flights. Show your e-ticket at the NAM Air counter during check-in (either at the airport or online) to get your boarding pass. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 60 minutes after making payment, please contact Traveloka Customer Service immediately.
NAM Air (IN) serves domestic journeys within Indonesia. NAM Air and Sriwijaya Air appear together on group booking and check-in services, but IN and SJ are different airline codes. Keep the operating airline and each sector's details with your e-ticket, especially when a journey includes another carrier.
The airline website's My Booking panel asks for Booking Code and Last Name. Use the airline reservation code and the passenger's surname as recorded on the ticket. The Traveloka Booking ID is a separate platform identifier, so it is not automatically the code required by the airline's form.
For a Traveloka purchase, open Bookings in the account used for purchase. The e-ticket retrieval form uses the Traveloka Booking ID, departure date and mobile number provided during booking, then sends the ticket to the original booking email address. Retain the issued ticket and airline reference; finding a reservation does not by itself complete check-in or a requested change.
The CHECK-IN entry on NAM Air's website leads to a separate Sriwijaya/NAM-branded portal. Its current form asks for Departure Date and Booking Code, rather than the last-name combination used by My Booking. The published online window is 24 hours to four hours before scheduled departure.
The portal excludes international flights, passengers travelling with infants and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. Those passengers need the staffed airport process. A failure to retrieve a booking is not evidence that a ticket has been cancelled; the lookup identifier, departure date and service eligibility are separate issues.
After successful check-in, keep the boarding pass available. The portal's FAQ describes reprinting or resending a lost pass, and its instructions allow printing again at the airport counter. An e-ticket saved in Traveloka is a booking document; it is separate from the boarding pass produced by airline check-in.
The portal requires passengers with checked baggage who have checked in online to report to the check-in counter no later than one hour before departure. It also requires passengers carrying cabin suitcases or bags to report for baggage verification. Online check-in therefore does not remove the counter visit for those baggage processes.
The joint carrier announcement effective 1 July 2026 sets a total cabin-baggage maximum of 7 kg and dimensions of 56 × 36 × 23 cm. The total is not a separate 7 kg allowance for each bag. The announcement says noncompliant cabin baggage can be collected for handling and charged using total weight multiplied by the applicable excess-baggage rate; it does not promise a free transfer to the hold.
The published domestic update for tickets issued from 14 July 2025 gives a standard free checked allowance of 15 kg. It lists 10 kg in both directions for Denpasar–Tambolaka and Makassar–Nabire as group policy exceptions. Those policy entries do not mean every named sector is currently operated by NAM Air. Earlier-issued tickets retain the older allowance provisions.
NAM Air's own prepaid-baggage page also states a 15 kg default for its Boeing 737-500 ticket provision. It offers 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg additional packages at lower prices than airport check-in purchases, with purchase required at least four hours before scheduled departure. These are additional products, separate from the ticket's free allowance.
For example, a traveller needing 25 kg on a ticket with 15 kg included needs 10 kg of additional weight. That produces a different total trip cost from a 25 kg requirement on a ticket with only 10 kg included. Compare the ticket plus the appropriate baggage package, rather than assuming the lowest ticket price includes the same luggage benefit.
The ordinary prepaid product excludes sports, diving and golf equipment, surfboards and bicycles. It also does not cover unlimited weight: excess above the combined free and purchased allowance remains chargeable. Keep the baggage receipt and its sector details with the e-ticket.
The published prepaid terms say the product does not transfer to a voluntarily changed route or travel date and is not voluntarily refundable. They identify airline-caused cancellation as a refund exception. These are baggage-product conditions, not a statement that every flight fare has identical change or refund terms.
For a Traveloka reschedule, select the affected passengers and flights, choose the replacement itinerary and complete the required steps and payment. The original flight remains unchanged until completion. Keep the revised ticket and resolve any separately purchased baggage for the new sector; do not assume an old ancillary receipt has transferred.
For a refund request, use the available option on the Traveloka e-ticket or booking support and retain the case reference. Request submission, airline approval and receipt of funds are distinct steps. A direct-airline baggage product also does not establish that the same add-on is offered through every agency purchase.
To follow a booked departure, use the flight code and departure date in Traveloka Flight Status, or select the route search. The tracker provides reference information and warns that it can be inaccurate. Airport departure boards and airline boarding instructions remain necessary for terminal, gate and last-minute changes.
A schedule row shows an itinerary at a particular date; it is not a guarantee of daily frequency or an actual departure outcome. For a journey with separate tickets, retain each carrier's record and allow for its own baggage collection and check-in process.
NAM Air uses IN, while Sriwijaya Air uses SJ. The carriers share some branded booking and check-in services, but each sector's operating airline remains part of the itinerary.
The visible airline My Booking panel asks for Booking Code and Last Name. The Traveloka Booking ID is a separate platform identifier, so use the airline reservation reference for the carrier's lookup.

The published product terms say it does not apply after a voluntary date or route change and is not voluntarily refundable. Airline-caused cancellation is a stated refund exception. These ancillary rules are separate from the flight fare's own conditions; retain the new ticket and any baggage records.
